As Mental Health Providers we offer a plethora of options to choose from both in person and virtually. Designed to meet the needs of each client right where they are.

Individual Therapy

Individual therapy is a type of psychotherapy in which our trained professionals help a single person work through personal issues they have been facing. It is an effective treatment for a variety of emotional difficulties and mental illnesses. Also known as talk therapy, it can help improve or control symptoms that influence an individual’s well-being. Our therapy sessions give individuals the opportunity to confidently talk through problems or situations with our trained professional. It equips individuals with the tools needed to cope with them more appropriately.

Family and Marriage Counseling

A family's patterns of behavior influences the individual and therefore may need to be a part of the treatment plan. In marriage and family therapy, the unit of treatment isn't just the person - even if only a single person is interviewed - it is the set of relationships in which the person is embedded.  Marriage and family therapy is brief, solution-focused, and designed with positive end results. Our marriage and family therapists treat a wide range of serious clinical problems including: depression, marital problems, anxiety, individual psychological problems, and child-parent problems.

Addiction Counseling

Addiction treatment to reduce substance abuse consists of individual therapy sessions that focus on teaching those in recovery the skills needed to get and stay sober as well as how to navigate various situations without turning to drugs or alcohol.  We use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), which is a one-on-one therapy during which you meet privately with one of our therapists over a period of time. It's often considered the most effective therapy for drug and alcohol use disorders.
